Collaborative Care Consulting

Thrive Kids connects families with professionals—such as teachers, behaviour consultants, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and school counsellors—to ensure shared, strengths-based goals that respect each child’s identity and neurodiversity. As a school liaison, we help families navigate educational systems and advocate for inclusive, neuroaffirming supports when traditional methods fall short. By promoting open communication and coordinated care, this service fosters consistent, individualized plans that support each child’s growth at home, in school, and in the community.
